ATG offers training within the “Modern Apprenticeship” framework.
Recruitment and selection is governed by employer demand, with all successful applicants achieving employed status. Monitoring of progress towards Certification of apprentices and trainees is carried out by ATG staff to ensure that established criteria and standards are maintained. In addition all apprentices attend further education to attain the qualifications relevant to their particular level of training programme and final certification.
