CAREERS & OPPORTUNITIES FAIR @ MORGAN ACADEMY

CAREER & OPPORTUNITIES FAIR @ MORGAN ACADEMY

ATG will be attending Morgan Academy’s Career & Opportunities Fair on Monday 9 September 4 – 6 pm.

“Last September we held a Career Fair here at Morgan. This was our second post-covid and it was a huge success. We are again planning another event for session 2024/25 and again held in September. We believe that hosting an event like this really early in the school calendar allows for Seniors to plan their career pathways more effectively and get conversations going earlier. This fair is also open to volunteering and charity organisations to help increase awareness of opportunities in our local area.

Like in previous years we will also use the event as an open invite to students at other local schools, increasing the exposure we can generate to our young people.”

Our instructors will be attending careers events and school presentations leading up to our recruitment opening in January for the August 2025 intake. These are great opportunities to find out lots of information on the Engineering Modern Apprenticeships and ask any questions you may have.

AUGUST 2024 APPRENTICE INTAKE

AUGUST 2024 APPRENTICE INTAKE
We look forward to welcoming our new intake of apprentices on Monday 12 August @ 8:00 am.
The new intake will all have received their start letters and paperwork by e-mail and the hard copies posted out to them. Remember to bring the requested paperwork with you on Monday.
A reminder to all the new starts to ensure you have all your PPE (safety wear) in place for starting with us on Monday.

ATG SUMMER BREAK

A reminder that ATG will be closed for the summer break Monday 15 July – Friday 2 August inclusive. We will re-open Monday 5 August @ 8:00 am.
The new apprentice intake will start with us on Monday 12 August @ 8:00 am and we look forward to welcoming them.
For those applicants who have been successful in gaining an apprenticeship, and where we have had confirmation from companies that their recruitment procedures for such applicants are complete, you will have received your start letter and paperwork from us by e-mail (please check junk/spam/other folders) and the hard copy posted out to you. You will also have received an e-mail from us regarding your PPE (safety wear) – please respond to this as required.
Whilst most companies have chosen their apprentices for this year, a couple have still to do so, so keep checking your e-mails and answer calls you get as this could be such companies trying to get in touch with you to set up their own interviews.
