We are in the final stages of completing the Cohorts of the Engineering * Pathway Apprenticeship which will conclude in December. These young people have undergone similar training to our 1st year Modern Apprentices and in an ideal situation we would be looking to find them employment as a Modern Apprentice in Engineering. However the hand skills, metaskills and the use of tooling and operation of machines would make them useful in other job roles too.
